Why did you found AgileTech?

The inspiration arose from a profound passion for technology and innovation, coupled with the recognition of the competitive, high-skill potential and growth mindset of Vietnamese developers. Our goal was to establish Vietnam as a premier destination for software outsourcing and development by offering bespoke technological solutions for start-ups and SMEs at a 50-70% reduced cost.

What is your role as CEO?

My role is to steer the company's strategic direction, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure we consistently deliver value to our clients. My goal is to ensure that AgileTech remains at the forefront of technological advancements while upholding our core values of excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Which milestones stand out since 2015?

We have grown rapidly, expanding our services from core app and web development to include innovative technologies such as Blockchain, AI, and Data Science. Our strategic partnerships with tech giants like Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud have strengthened our offerings, while our commitment to R&D keeps us at the forefront of innovation.

Do clients come back?

A significant percentage of our business comes from repeat clients, with approximately 60% of our projects being from clients who return to us for new initiatives. This high rate of repeat business is a testament to the quality of our work and our commitment to delivering exceptional results.

A success story you are proud of?

A fintech startup from Singapore needed a blockchain-based financial platform combining a user-friendly app with secure transactions and smart contracts. The result exceeded expectations, leading to a 40% increase in user adoption and a 25% rise in transaction volume within six months.
